The Village of Riverwoods is pleased to announce the launch of the Connect-CTY service for emergency resident notification side-by-side with the Village non-emergency resident email database. As a resident or business you can opt-in to emergency messages, non-emergency messages or both. Complete the information so that you will be added to the database for emergency and non-emergency notifications. The information supplied will be sent to the CTY-Connect system which the Village of Riverwoods has contracted with to provide emergency notifications.

With the Connect-CTY service, the Village is able to send personalized voice messages and email alerts to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters. The Connect-CTY service will be used to supplement our current communication plans and augment public safety/first responder services.

In addition to being notified in the event of an emergency, you can elect to receive non-emergency messages via email from the Village such as the Village Voice and other events in the Village from time to time. .
